Hallow’s Eve Bowl Bash Photos – MRZ

MRZ stopped by the chaos and was able to take a large blast of epic photos of the insanse skating going down. Killing California and JFA played live. Photos and VId explain it better than I. Radballs has some photos, So does Confuzine!

The Illusion stopped by and was a guest judge, here is a raw capture of the sponsored heat.

 Results over at  Etnies Skatpark.

$100 best trick of the night went to Shaun Ross from Oceanside for a huge boneless to disaster hang up, broke his board and still road away. Honorable mentions went to Greyson Fletcher for high speed coping destruction and Corey Juneau who landed 6 foot stalefish airs and a huge indy kickflip.

So Cal Skateshop

Located in beautiful Mission Viejo is a shop you must visit if ever in the area, or even heading by on the 5 freeway. There are many skate shops in orange county and this is definitely one of the ones worth mentioning. Mike Hirsch has always supported local events, contest, and shredders and deserves all the successes the shop has brought. Check them out on the web at www.socalskateshop.com

They hire crazy people like this guy Carter, you may see him behind a drum set of such esteemed musical acts as JFA.

They have a ramp that is unbelievably fun and as good as it gets for the space they had. Fast, pool coping, bowled escalator corner, nice set coping. I don’t think I could think of anything to even criticize except it isn’t in my garage. The craftsmanship is top notch and worth a shop visit alone.

There are several rooms full of boards, including just about every one you can imagine or had wished you had at one point in time. If you need something skate related, forget ebay, swing by here first because they probably have it.

JFA invades the San Clemente EGG

Well after some careful work, the old website stuff like photos and what not has reemerged. Ill try to put most of it back up in the next week or two in-case you have been missing it. These photos are from a nice day when Carter and Brian from JFA came down to skate the San Clemente egg (now a dirt yard). It was odd that this eerie fog bank rolled in and kept the pool damp and it wouldn’t dry until the end of the session. Everyone got some though.
