We had a Broken rep in the mix and while the footage gets compiled and what not here is the press release about the bowl bash results.

New York City saw the who’s who of the skateboarding world for both Pro’s and Master’s divisions as they turned up the heat for the inaugural Vans BOWL-A-RAMA™ NYC at Hudson River Park’s Pier 62 Skatepark.
The Pro’s and Masters were tight with Teenage Brazilian skateboarding sensation and now seven time BOWL-A-RAMA™ winner Pedro Barros took out first place for the Pro division, followed closely by 14 year old and Red Bull team mate Alex Sorgente, and in third place was Ben Hatchell. In the Masters division Lance Mountain absolutely killed it and come in first with Steve Caballero in second followed by Eddie “El Gato” Elguera in third. The week gave back to the New York skateboarding community; in true BOWL-A-RAMA style we broke the Max Fish all time bar sales record at the LOVE + GUTS art show “Empty Culture”, which paid homage to this accidental marriage between skateboarders and the backyard pool, as artists express their ideas and creativity through this matchless channel. The newest addition to the awards ceremony was the Spirit of Kessler Award in honor of the late Andy Kessler. The award was for any rider across the whole competition that best exemplified Andy’s spirit in their skating and general stoke. The legendary George Orton took out the award that was selected by Kessler’s oldest and best friend Puppet and had skaters and the spectators in an ovation.

Percent Apparel

http://www.percentapparel.com/  We recently received a package from the New York based Percent Apparel from New York. The shirts were good quality and had some standard issue skull style logos on them. Follow this link to see more shirt designs http://www.percentapparel.com/my-website#!__my-website/products  The designs are clean and unique. Stop by and check them out! They are involved supporting east coast music and skateboarders which is always a good thing.
Only advice if it is even worth a cent is their website could sure use some help in making it easier to view. It loads up slow and is basically a blank white page and you hae to search through it a bit to find stuff.

Here is their info “We are based out of New York City. Percent Apparel is a collection that invokes originality, creativity and lifestyle within the alternative culture. Percent Apparel started in NYC, then we spent some time in New England where we gained notoriety for skate and music events in Boston and Providence. Percent Headquarters recently relocated back to NY but still host things in those cities and have plans to continue to expand. We wanted to create something that was inspired by the percentage of individuals that were not influenced by the mainstream media and hype, but rather do things for themselves based on passion and love. Our designs are inspired by extreme sports, music, creativity and positivity. We’ve recently revamped our skateboarding, snowboarding and BMX teams and are pumped to be endorsing a bunch of new musical acts such as Gemstar, Hard Target, 51 Shortfalls and Red Theory to name a few.”
